Brand strategy, tone of voice, messaging
Udemy is the world’s largest platform for online learning. In preparation for a planned IPO, the company wanted to refresh its brand identity. We developed a positioning statement after two previous agencies failed at the task, defined a new tone of voice with detailed guidance on how to calibrate the tone for different audiences, and wrote core messaging for those audiences. We even came up with a new corporate tagline: Where possibilities begin.
