What we did
Brand strategy, messaging
PlayStation Studios, the collective that includes the makers of legendary game franchises like The Last of Us and God of War, needed help bringing a sense of unity and shared purpose to hundreds of people working across the globe in different, independent-minded studios. We met with PlayStation leadership, reviewed the work that had been done to date, interviewed team members in the US and Europe, and finally developed a series of statements designed to inspire and unify. The leadership liked it so much, they actually included it in a book for each employee.
